Earth Scanner is a market data visualization and analytical tool. All data, signals, regime classifications, shock detections, Z-scores, backtesting results, forecasts, and any other output provided by this platform are for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. You should not make any financial, investment, or trading decision based solely on information provided by Earth Scanner.

You acknowledge that:

• Past performance (including backtested results) is not indicative of future results
• All investment and trading involves risk of loss, including total loss of capital
• You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions
• You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions

2. No Liability

7th Dimension Media and its operators shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on any information provided by the platform
• Trading or investment decisions made based on platform data or signals
• Errors, inaccuracies, delays, or interruptions in the data
• Any technical failures, downtime, or service disruptions

You use this platform entirely at your own risk.

3. Data Accuracy and Sources

Market data is sourced from third-party providers including but not limited to Yahoo Finance, Binance, and CoinGecko. 7th Dimension Media does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data.

Data may be:

• Delayed — not real-time for all assets
• Incomplete for certain assets or time periods
• Subject to retroactive corrections by data providers

4. Subscription and Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the stated rate
• All payments are non-refundable — you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for current or prior billing periods
• Pricing is subject to change; Founding Member rates are locked for the duration of continuous subscription
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe; 7th Dimension Media does not store your payment information

5. Email Communications

• Free users: your email is collected solely for Google OAuth authentication
• Pro users: your email is used for authentication and subscription management
• Pro users may opt in to receive email notifications for extreme market events (shock alerts)
• We will never sell, share, or distribute your email address to third parties
• You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or republish data obtained from the platform
• Use automated tools to extract data at scale
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform's analytical methods
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share your Pro account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

All analytical methods, user interface designs, code, and content on Earth Scanner are the property of 7th Dimension Media. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial analysis.

8. Changes to Terms

7th Dimension Media reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
